At OVALS, we provide FREE worldwide shipping on every order.
There are no hidden charges — customs fees and duties are fully covered by us.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
United States: 5 to 12 business days
Australia: 7 to 14 business days
Canada: 7 to 14 business days
Europe: 6 to 15 business days
Other international destinations: 10 to 15 business days
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time your purchase is confirmed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, local customs processing, holidays, or weather-related disruptions.
Shipping to remote or rural areas may require additional time — occasionally up to 4–6 weeks.
We are not liable for shipment delays, lost parcels, or address-related issues once your order leaves our facility.
Please note that we currently do not offer express or expedited shipping services.
Where We Ship
We proudly ship to customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most global locations.
However, at this time, we are unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, United States or China.
Order Processing & Shipping
After placing an order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation. Our team typically processes and ships orders within 1–2 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery may take 5–15 business days.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll be emailed a tracking number so you can follow your package through our tracking portal.
You'll also be notified once your item is delivered.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, it’s possible your email was entered incorrectly. Please reach out to us at ovalshelp@gmail.com with your name, shipping address, and phone number so we can assist you.
Checking Your Order Status
Track your order at any time on our tracking page by entering your email and order number.
Your order will move through the following stages: Ordered > In Process > Ready > In Transit > Out for Delivery > Delivered.
Changes or Cancellations
Our team processes orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.
If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at ovals@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before the package ships.
Payment or Checkout Issues
If you’re having trouble checking out, try refreshing the page, using a different browser or device, or checking your internet connection.
Ensure that your payment method allows international transactions or try using an alternative payment method.

Delayed or Missing Orders
We do our best to make sure every order arrives on time. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, we’re here to support you.
Shipping times may be affected by external factors out of our control. Please ensure your address is entered correctly, including all details like street name, building number, and zip code.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, contact us at ovalshelp@gmail.com with your details and we’ll do what we can to help.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, first check around your home or mailbox, ask neighbors, and allow 3 business days for possible updates.
Then contact your local postal carrier to open a claim. If you’re still missing the package after that, please contact us within 7 business days.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or something was missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at ovalshelp@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a photo of what you received, and your shipping label so we can investigate the issue with our fulfillment and shipping partners.
OVALS Warranty
If you’ve received a faulty item or your piece has broken due to a manufacturing flaw, you may submit a claim within 90 days of receiving it.
Approved claims are eligible for a replacement or store credit. For gifted items, only store credit is available.
Any store credit will reflect the discount applied at the time of purchase. Please keep all damaged items in case we require them for your claim.

Warranty does not cover:
Lost or stolen jewelry
Typical wear and tear (e.g., scratches or fading)
Damage caused by improper handling or storage

All warranty claims are reviewed by our team, and OVALS reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
