Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it due to incorrect information.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are calculated based on the final price paid (including discounts).

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.

Lost packages marked as "Delivered" must be reported within 7 business days.

Claims for missing or incorrect items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery.

Refunds typically take 2–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.


7. Promotions

Free gifts and mystery items are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued on a promotional order, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the applied discount.


8. Warranty Claims

OVALS reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if, in our sole discretion, we determine the claim does not meet our warranty criteria.

Items not purchased from our official website

Normal wear and tear

Improper use, accidents, or product damage

Cosmetic changes (e.g., discoloration)
